than just a sales person, I work as a consultant, making sure you
have all the information you need to make a confident decision that
is right for you. I don't "sell" a property to you, but
rather point out the pros and cons of each space, and, when requested,
give my opinion. My style is laidback, low-pressure, and I don't
push anything on you. However, when it comes time to make an offer
to purchase, I will be a tough negotiator, making sure you pay the
lowest price possible, and at the terms that suit you.
STEPS
TO A PERFECT PURCHASE:

I will help you decide what you can afford and recommend financial
institutions where you will find the lowest interest rates and arrange
a pre-approval for your mortage, which :
a)
specifies the amount of mortgage you qualify for, and
b) locks in your interest rates for 2 or 3 months, so that if the
rates climb you will be guaranteed the lower rate.
- Together
we will create a description of the ideal space for you
- what
area of the city, what size, what features, etc., narrowing in on
what buildings will be right for you.
- I
will keep you informed of the current market and check new listings
for you on a daily basis, keeping in touch and arranging showings
with you by fax, phone and email.
- When
you are ready to buy, I prepare the Agreement of Purchase and Sale,
and negotiate it on your behalf.
- After
you have bought, I continue to stay in touch, recommending Real
Estate Lawyers, and arranging the details of your closing.
